- The object of the procurement is the design work of the renovation of the following streets located in the Luotomäki district, carried out in two phases. Phase 1: Koivukatu, Haapakatu, Junttarinkatu, Vesalankatu, Laattikatu, Kuusikonkatu, Takalankatu, Ojalankatu and Häkkisenkatu. Phase 2: Lahtelankatu, Kuussaarentie, Pajukatu, Leppäkatu, Rinnetie, Luotomäenkatu between Castreninkatu - Luotomäenkatu north end bend and Vuolikaisentie east of the intersection of Rinnetie. The planning task includes a street plan for the streets located in the planning areas of phases 1 and 2 according to the attached map. The total length of the streets to be renovated is approximately 2,815 meters, of which approximately 1,600 meters will be renovated in phase 1 and approximately 1,215 meters in phase 2. In addition, in step 1 approximately 325 meters of pedestrian and bicycle paths will be renovated. The purpose is to renew the structural layers of the streets, drainage and water supply. The existing municipal technology on the streets was mainly built in the 1960s and 1970s. The properties in the area are connected in this context to the stormwater network to be built. Stormwater discharge is carried out at former stormwater discharge sites. The lighting plan is made by Tornion Energia Oy.
