• The subject of the procurement is Luumäki municipality's asphalting as follows: - In the area of ​​Taaveti and Jurvala, patches / asphalt repairs approx. 5 - 50 m2, o patches applied by AB 16/100 machine €/tn or alternatively done by hand. (items are ordered during the summer as needed, so-called small works)- Re-asphalting the streets of Taaveti AB 16/100. - Re-asphalting the streets of Jurvala Ab16/100 Necessary ground work, (e.g. cutting, milling, bitumen gluing, cleaning of the old surface) must be included in the bid price. Regarding the leveling mass (AB-16), the bidder must commit to a maximum unit price of €75/t. If the price in question is too low for the bidder, the cost effect must be priced at the AB 16/100 square meter price. There is no cost estimate for the leveling compound. Unit prices will come also provides work on municipal engineering structures with floating deck structures (water supply valve, inspection well and drainage well, each including one riser ring). The old intact parts remain the property of the customer; defective ones are the contractor's waste. The customer reserves the right to carry out the work and material purchases of the mentioned structures as the customer's purchase. The square footage prices given by the contractor are used for possible increases or reductions in the final realized quantities. The items in the tender documents may change or change to a similar item.
