- The South Karelia welfare region is tendering the procurement A35 / 2025 Imatra's LVIAJ design. The South Karelia welfare region (Ekhva) is building a new fire station building. The construction site is in the city of Imatra, in the district of Korvenkanna, on a plot of land to be formed along Piikatu. Zoning is in progress and the plot has not yet been formed. In the project, premises will also be built for the police of South-East Finland. The project is security classified, and all participants in the project will undergo a basic security clearance by the Security Police. The procurement is described in more detail in the attached documents. Editor note that the persons named in the offer must be able to serve the construction site in unforeseen situations as a site visit the day after the request. The contract period is aimed to start in January 2026 and end in December 2027.
