The Client and the property maintenance companies and contractors in a contractual relationship with the Client order from the Contractor (service provider) the aforementionedand work in accordance with the service description. If necessary, the contractor is responsible for agreeing together with each property's designated area maintenance man or his deputy and possibly the resident on access to the apartment and the work schedules to be carried out.
