- The city of Helsinki's urban environment is commissioning LVA-technical fitness research and expert tasks for real estate to determine the condition of building technology and to determine the causes of indoor air problems. The acquisition is divided into sub-areas as follows: 1. Ventilation systems + RAU2. Heating, water and sewerage networks 3. LVVia (IVA, LVV) 4. Heating and cooling systems including heat pump systems (air, ground, exhaust air and air-to-water heat pumps) 5. Special services for automation systems 6.Fitness surveys include: Fitness surveys of ventilation systems, cooling systems, heat pump systems and related RAU systems (measurement and control equipment), LVV technical condition tests, HVAC-technical condition tests, automation systemsspecial services, design and other LVVia technical services. The tasks are mainly focused on properties managed by the City of Helsinki. The tenderer may submit an offer to one or more areas. A more detailed description of the tasks covered by the framework arrangement is presentedin the service description attached to the invitation to tender (Appendix 1) and in other attached documents.
