- MÄNTSÄLÄ MUNICIPALITY TECHNICAL AND ENERGY SERVICES REQUESTS YOUR OFFER FOR THE STREET LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEM AND CONTROL EQUIPMENT General Mäntsälä Municipality's technical and energy services is starting the procurement of the street lighting control system. in the spring of 2026 and the equipment must be installed and commissioned by July 31, 2026. The purpose is to switch to a central control system. The contract period for the service is 5 years. The subscriber can extend the contract for 2 years at a time. Negotiations and decision the extension of the contract will be implemented 6 months before the end of the contract period Framework contract period 1 August 2026 - 31 July 2031 (60 months). The procurement includes all necessary equipment and work to implement the control system. The acquisition also includes all of these the preparatory, commissioning and programming work required to perform the work. The supplier must install the devices and connect them to the centers. The supplier dismantles the current control equipment in the street light centers of Mäntsälä municipality and install new drivers in the freed space. If the control equipment does not fit in the center as it is, it must be installed outside the cabinet in a separate weather- and impact-resistant protective case. The customer arranges access rights to the centers. There are photos of the centers presented as an attachment to the request for tenders (pictures 1-82 of the center). The bidder must determine the installation location of the control device himself, and possible external installation with the necessary enclosures is included in the offered unit price...
