• The subject of the procurement according to this request for tender is the performance of the humidity and indoor air technical condition survey of the Mäntymäie school (b. Mäntymäentie 2, 02700 Kauniainen) owned by the city of Kauniainen, the request for tender and the attached research plan in accordance with. The object of the research is the entire property. The surveys previously carried out on the property are attached to the request for tender. The research work includes all the necessary auxiliary work; the provider is responsible for all auxiliary work, protection and from cleaning up the traces. The client is responsible for the restoration of structural openings in the interior, the interfaces and scheduling are agreed together with the researcher.
