- MARKET DIALOGUE The Norwegian Railways Agency invites operators to a market dialogue, which will be held on January 21, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The subject of the market dialogue is the track and construction design of the Möykynmäki railway tunnel. The event is organized by Microsoft Teams through. The event is not saved. The presentation materials for the event will be delivered to all those who registered for the event and to those who requested materials separately after the event. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES The goal of the market dialogue is to have a discussion among the actors about the content, schedule and requirements of the assignment. In the market dialogue, the design alternatives of the project, the schedule and the timing of the design assignment are presented, for which opinions are requested from the participants. Möykynmäki the railway tunnel is located in Vesanga, Jyväskylä. The length of the tunnel is 350 meters. The tunnel was completed in 1926. The project includes renewing the structures of the Möykynmäki railway tunnel or partially or completely replacing the tunnel with an open cut, and possible changes to track geometry and safety devices, as well as electric track reservations.
