Description:
The target of the acquisition is the life cycle management of the M365 Cloud Environment (Teams, SharePoint Online, Power BI, Viva Engage, Planner), maintaining the Power BI reporting environment, and reporting of reports, consulting assistance on the Power Platform environmental model and development, Center of Center of Center of Center Excellence (COE) Maintenance and Update, Power Platform Environmental Applications Maintenance and Small Development, VTT Power App application template and related components maintain and develop, and support VTT to utilize M365 AI.
In addition to the acquisition included SharePoint 2019 Environment Maintenance and Development Services. The aim is to ensure uninterrupted applications, quick solving problem situations, proactive and versioning, administrative support, small development, and analysis and deployment of new services. VTT's current agreement with M365 and SharePoint On-Premise Environmental Application Management Services is coming to an end in the fall of 2025. VTT will be competing again in Q2/2025.
