- Description:
- The customer Puolustuskinteistöt and the user Puolustusvoimat have decided to place part of the operations in rental accommodation facilities in the Hamina Garrison area. The evacuation facilities are in use pending the completion of the renovation chain consisting of area barracks period. The rental period starts on 1 September 2026. The premises must then be completely ready and approved by the customer for commissioning. The selected supplier must deliver floor plan sketches of the properties, an estimate of the implementation schedule and a site plan to the customer within 2 weeks within the delivery of the procurement decision. The bidder therefore does not need to submit a drawing as an attachment to his bid. The draft is finalized in cooperation with the customer. The selected supplier prepares the required documents and plans on its own at its own expense. The final and acceptable ground and space plan will be of the security category Restricted Use TL IV, where the conditions according to the procurement security agreement must be taken into account.
