• Description:
• The subject of the acquisition is the rental of earthmoving machines and transport equipment with drivers for municipal technical construction and maintenance work as well as for various green building and green area maintenance work. The competition establishes a framework arrangement which utilize the technical services of the city of Kaarina: • Infrastructure services • Sports and green services • Water supply plant • Farm and catering services • House construction and maintenance The framework agreement is mainly used by the technical industry of the city of Kaarina infrastructure services, sports and green services and the water supply facility, but also other services in the technical industry can take advantage of the framework arrangement. The customer purchases the rental of earthmoving machines or transport equipment from the providers selected according to the framework arrangement with drivers according to the price form attached to the request for tenders, by type of machine, as hourly work or as a ready-made work group. The customer decides on the arrangement suitable for the work site on a case-by-case basis. As a rule, the work is performed during regular working hours one-shift work on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The service provider's equipment and drivers are basically on site within a few business days of the order, unless otherwise required by the customer. The purchase method for orders placed within the framework arrangement is described in the contract. The contract period starts on April 1, 2026 and is valid on December 31, 2028, after which the subscriber is entitled to two one-year option periods (1 + 1 year).
