Description:
The municipality of Utsjoki requests offers, the municipal and Ringinvatro Oy's real estate road and courtyards, and snowfall snow plowing, the removal and sanding of Plante, and other (including summer time) maintenance and repair, for the period 1/10/2025- 30/2028. In addition to separately Ordered sanding sand from sanded areas at the end of the sanding season. The acquisition includes possible options 1 + 1.
The content of the offer is divided into three areas as follows:
Sub-area 1: Utsjoki Church Village
Sub-area 2: Nuorgam
Sub-area 3: Karigasniemi
The contract is made contract/sub-areas, each of which is selected for each service provider. The tenderer must explore the areas and the courtyards of the property before submitting the offer.
The offer may concern one, two or all three contracts/areas.
Sub-area 1; Utsjoki church village
The contract is the target of Utsjoki municipality and Kiinteistoe Oy Ringinvatron's Utsjoki Kirkonkyla Kirkonkyla area of road and courtyards and planning roads and other mechanical maintenance and repairs (including summer).
Working tasks in winter maintenance include snow plowing, polanden / softening, anti -slip and Possible snowmobile transmission, as well as separately ordered
