- The object of the procurement is Loviisa city's machine work services according to the tender request and its appendices. In procurement, a framework arrangement is established. The selection criteria for the offers is overall economic affordability. The overall economic value of the offers the basis is the cheapest price (the cheapest hourly price) in each sub-area. The tenderer can make a bid for one or more sub-areas. Below, it is stated in more detail how the bidders are selected for the sub-areas. Making parallel bids is prohibited. The estimated start date of the contract period is April 1, 2026. The actual contract period ends three (3) years after the contract is signed. The acquisition also includes one (1) year long option period. Of those who are the subject of the acquisition trucks, cranes and pressure and suction trucks must meet at least the Euro V emission class. Excavators and tractors must meet at least the STAGE III B emission class and be no more than 10 years old. Procurement is divided into 36 sub-areas and to the extent possible, the request for tenders has used the machine classification of Earth-building and construction machinery (https://www.konelissifikasi.fi/): Excavators: A maximum of 5 service providers will be selected for sub-area 1 (KKT 06R) (based on the cheapest price). To the subdivision 2 (KKHp 08) a maximum of 5 service providers are selected (on the basis of the cheapest price).
