Description:
Magazine building (Railway Station, Rautatienkatu 8A, 37100 Nokia) Total demolition work. The site is a single-story building completed in the 1930s. The site was later renovated in the 1980s and 1990s. The bottom structure of the building is mainly concrete slab and EPS. The cold warehouse of the building The end has a wooden floor base. The frame of the building is mainly log frame and the facades are upholstered with holiday boarding. Electricity, water and heating have been cut from the building. All structures of the building to be demolished, with their building techniques, are completely demolished to the underside of the foundations, including the ground Embedded pipes, sewers, wells, cables and wires under the building base and sides and in the yard. The demolition contract also includes the demolition of a reinforced concrete slab at the end of the building. The demolition contract includes pollutants throughout. Trees next to the building's building and other vegetation belong to the demolition contract. The building to be demolished is located just near the Nokia railway station railway. During the demolition work, all machinery must remain in a precisely limited site and no part of the machine may exceed this area borders.
