Description:
The construction project includes the rebuilding of the magazine pier. The contract includes rebuilding the old pier and port wall. The building area is located in the northern part of the magazine pier of Helsinki, covering about half the length of the quay. The developer is the city of HelsinkiUrban Environmental Areas, which also acts as a subscriber according to YSE 98. The work in the contract documents must be completed and received and the inspections required by the authorities and the inspection institutions by 15.10.2026. As a form of contractis a total contract where the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor within the meaning of YSE and Finnish law. The contractor is responsible for the site management responsibilities and site services. On March 7, 2017, the YKT parties have made "a common municipal engineering site"Under the name the cooperation agreement, where the City of Helsinki is named the "main subscriber" and other contractors "subscribers". In this agreement, the UKT parties include: agreed on the designation of a joint VNA 205/2009. The "subscribers" of the UKT site will pass to the main contractor allThe responsibilities of the main contractor mentioned in the commercial documents of this contract. Claim 1.7 of the contract program lists the UKT parties of the developer, and in section 3.4 Separate contracts and other developer purchases.
