Description:
Lapland's well-being area requests an offer for magnetic research services with statements to be produced for the needs of Lapland's well-being area and Tyoeterveys Lappica Oy.
Acquired the content of the services is stated in more detail in appendix 1 Service description and absolute requirements.
Annual estimates of the quantities to be purchased by study have been announced with attachments 1.2, which the bidder must be ready to produce during the contract period and during possible option contract periods. The procurement unit does not commit to any specific procurement quantity, but the procurement quantity depends on the need. The procurement complements the Customer's own service production.
Service production the planned start date is January 2026. The contract period is 24 months. The subscriber reserves the right to two twelve (12) month option periods after the contract period.
Lapland's welfare area is responsible as a procurement unit for tendering the procurement and the procurement process as a whole, makes the procurement decision on behalf of the involved parties, takes care of the notification obligation of the decision, and prepares and signs the procurement contract with the selected Service Provider. Tyoeterveys Lappica Oy is responsible for drawing up its own contract.
