• Description:
• The contract includes the renovation work of the old transport platform on Haraka island, to the extent indicated in the contract documents, in accordance with the tender documents, with all related work and procurement fully completed. The object of the procurement is stone a pier built on top of a log coffin. The renovation carried out earlier has been carried out by pouring concrete inside the stones in a generous amount. The stones are attached to each other by drilling with iron. Over time, there have been a lot of holes in the log coffin and that's it bulging under the stonework. Also, the previous abundant use of concrete has definitely increased the weight of the structure. However, stone laying is fairly straightforward. Before starting the work, the contractor prepares a repair plan, which is approved by the customer. The builder is The Public areas service of the city of Helsinki's urban environment department, which also acts as a customer in accordance with YSE 98. The works according to the contract documents must be ready and received, as well as the inspections required by the authorities and inspection institutions held approved on May 1, 2027. The form of contract is an ST contract, where the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor acting as the main contractor as intended by YSE and the legislation. The contractor is responsible for site management duties and site services, which also apply to separate contracts in section 1.8 of the contract program and separate procurements by the developer in section 3.4. The work is done as a total price contract.
