Description:
Raasepor's city/farm administration requests your offer for master and architectural planning related to property maintenance and investments at hourly rates. This is a framework contract, 3 suppliers will be selected for Johan. the master and architectural design of the repair and alteration works and investments of properties managed and managed by the city, including other documents necessary for the design object, such as possible building permit documents, construction method report, room space cards, etc. The job also includes visiting the construction site and participating in planning meetings. The presence of the chief designer is mandatory. which are not separately tendered, mini-competition is possible among framework contract suppliers. The content and scope of the work are determined on a case-by-case basis and are agreed for each project separately. Similarly, the schedule of tasks is agreed on a case-by-case basis separately for the project.
