- The object of the procurement is the expert tasks for the main and architectural design of Malmi's new rescue station. The content and scope of the design tasks to be procured are described in the documents attached to this request for tenders. as an undivided entity, the sub-areas of which are- the main and architectural planning tasks of the project planning phase (including planning preparation, proposal planning reference plans), - as an option, the general and implementation planning phase (including building permit tasks, construction preparation) master and architectural design tasks and, as an option, master and architectural design tasks for the construction and warranty period (including commissioning). The tenderer must offer all project phases. Malmi's new rescue station will be built at Malminkaari 33, 00700 Helsinki. The rescue station will replace the current rescue station located in the Malmi airport area, which will be demolished to make way for the development of the Malmi airport area in 2029. The new rescue station will be built in the city of Helsinki's own ownership. Construction will start according to the preliminary project schedule in September 2027. The construction project is initially planned as a complete contract to be implemented. Possible options are ordered separately with separate orders. The customer is not obliged to order the next project phase offered as an option from the selected consultant.
