Description:
The object of the procurement is the main and architectural design of the somatic medical care "Kuumasairala" built by the Satakunta welfare area, with target price calculations.
Architectural design progresses in stages in such a way that two alternative reviews A and B are carried out during the project planning stage, of whichoperational and investment costs are reviewed. After this, the final design option is selected, the development of which will continue in the next design phase.
A ) New building 30,000 brm2 (option K-building renovation)
B ) Extension part to K-building, divided as follows;
- Newisrakennus 15,000 brm2 / Kuumasaiaraila
- Renovation 17,000 brm2 / K-rakennus
