• The city of Äänekoski requests your offer for the implementation of regional piloting of Keskustaajamie's Smart Villages cooperation project. Regional piloting is carried out in four areas in two cities (Äänekoski and Saarijärvi). The procurement includes architectural design from pilot areas to regional planning. Regional planning includes infrastructure, lighting, landscape design and concept design of buildings. The project is implemented as a cooperation project between Saarijärvi and Äänekoski, which increases the attractiveness of the cities by promoting renewal, new solutions for housing and services. The project aims to meet the challenges of emigration. The goal is to create vibrant areas for the needs of residents, businesses, and potential movers. The project aims to create new ones operating models that promote digital accessibility and design pilot areas in a customer-oriented manner.
