BACKGROUND
Hyvinkaa Lampoevoima Oy ("Purchase Unit") is a fully owned service company owned by the City of Hyvinkaa, whose main task is to keep Hyvinkaa warm. The annual heat sales to customers is about 319 GWh.
In accordance with its strategy in its district heating network. Alongside existing heat production equipment, an electric boiler plant ("project") is planned. According to a preliminary estimate of the contracting entity, the project will include the following separate acquisitions:
- 60 MW of electric boiler (electrode boiler) (separate purchase, does not include this purchase to the circle)
- Building for electric boiler (separate purchase, not covered by this acquisition)
- the main transformer (this purchase)
- Building for the main transformer (substation building) (separate purchase, not covered by this acquisition)
- All procurement of the infrastructure needed to implement the project (e.g. piping, etc.).
Acquisition
This acquisition is subject to the acquisition of a three -in -one transformer.
The site includes the design, manufacture, testing, delivery, installation and equipment of the main transformer for full operation.

The contracting entity concludes an agreement with one (1) tenderer.
