Description:
The acquisition focuses on application support, training and development services related to the Optimize-Publication System on the Fingrid website (www.fingrid.fi), as well as software access. Fingrid Corporation uses Optimizely as a publishing platform on its public website. There is also a publishing platformFingrid's subsidiaries Fingrid Datahub Oy and Finextra Oy. The acquisition includes a service start -up project and services for errors repair and interference, training services, source storage and version management, software maintenance and version updates,Small development and project work, as well as the maintenance of documentation. In addition, the acquisition includes the acquisition of Optimizely system access to Fingrid's data center environment and possible interface applications. The contracting entity will specify the subject of the acquisition after the negotiation phase in the final invitation to tender.The contracting entity will also clarify the final request for the acquisition of how the acquisition site can be extended during the contract period, if necessary.
