Description:
Offers for the maintenance and construction of traffic management and outdoor lighting and the related emergency work on call for traffic management and outdoor lighting are requested for the needs of the City of Vaasa.
The acquisition is divided into sub -entities as follows:
1. Maintaining traffic management devices
2. Maintenance of exterior lighting
3. Emergency Work Emergency Workplace for Traffic Management and Outdoor Lighting (this can only be provided if you have offered a sub -unit 1 and/or 2)
4. Construction of electrical systems in public areas
The start of the contract period is 1.1.2026.
1. Maintenance of traffic management equipment
Maintenance There are a total of 53 traffic light crossings in the district, of which the City of Vaasa owns 49 and Fintraffic Tie Oy 4. Both software will be replaced by Tmacs software during 2025.
Traffic light signals are mainly LED-based, except for the signage guides on the train track safety devices.
The investment of the coming years is the upgrade of (unmounted) -missed crossings arrangements for the traffic lights master plan and intersection -specific improvement plans.
