• The municipality of Kittilä real estate services is requesting an offer for the maintenance and basic cleaning of the Kittilä heating plant and Kivitie apartment buildings 37 A+B and 39 A+B stairs and sauna facilities for the period between March 16, 2026 and March 19, 2028. The sauna facilities are cleaned once a week. Crabs we clean Monday-Wednesday-Friday. The price must also include basic cleaning of the premises, which is done during the summer 1 krt/year. The premises are sized using the Atopsiivous sizing program. The dimensions of the premises are attached. Cleaning is purchased at an hourly rate VAT 0% The offer price is fixed and is valid throughout the contract period. The premises of the heating plant are cleaned on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The thermal facility's sauna rooms 1 time per week. The working time for cleaning the heating plant is 0.80h/day. Kivitien 37 A+B (3 times/week) and 39 A+B crabs (3 times/week) Monday-Wednesday and Friday, and sauna facilities are done in both (1 time/week). Kivitie 37 A+B working time is 1.69h/day and Kivitie 39 A+B working time is 1.60h/day. The service includes paper and soap refills, trash removal, cleaning laundry as well as reporting defects to the customer of the service. The cleanliness level is defined in accordance with the dimensions of the premises and the instructions given by the manufacturer are followed when cleaning and caring for surface materials. The quality of the service must correspond to the premises intended use and the level of cleanliness and hygiene required by the activities there.
