Description:
The cleaning service to be purchased includes the maintenance and basic cleaning services of the public premises of Heka-owned residential buildings, as well as basic cleaning of Heka's own production as needed. The service provider will also be ordered a cleaning service during their absences.Cleaning needs can be different lengths of time from a few days to a longer -term need to buy a service. The cleaning service needs of Heka's own sites are ordered as a need for a gig-based additional service.Kumpula, People's Housing, Vallila and Laajasalo and Area 2: Kontula, Vesala, Myllypuro and Siilitie). More detailed area-specific information in Annexes 07 Target List area 1 and Area 2. In both sub-regions, one (1) service provider is selected. The actual contract is valid for two (2) years of contract periodfrom the beginning of the day. The subscriber has the right to continue the contract period two (2) times one (1) one (1) option year at a time.
