- The real estate services of the Espoo Parish Council are requesting your offer for separately ordered maintenance and basic cleaning services for the properties owned by the Espoo Parish Council (later ESRKY) in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices, as well as continuous maintenance and cleaning services for two properties. The object of the acquisition is the maintenance cleaning service (2*/week) of two properties, which are the family consultation centers Kilon Risti and Niittyportti, and maintenance and basic cleaning services, which can be ordered separately as needed, for other properties. The properties are located in the Espoo area and one in Kirkkonummi Masala. The properties are, for example, camp centers (Hvittorp and Velskola), club or office premises, chapels and churches. The number of users of cleaning services may vary during the contract period, depending on changes in operations and locations. Floor plans and work instructions for the two objects of maintenance cleaning are attached (2 5). In other locations, similar work instructions apply. Cleaning services that can be ordered separately during the contract period are, for example:-- placement of a cleaner in maintenance cleaning- maintenance cleaning in camp centers on changeover days of camps- cleaning of residential apartments owned by the ESRK group when the residents change - basic cleaning, e.g. moving house cleaning. The planning of working hours is agreed together with the customer and the service provider, taking into account the operation of the objects. The personnel who clean must be professional.
