This request for tender concerns the tendering for the maintenance and basic cleaning services of the Nature Center and Lakeustalo for the period 1.1.2026 31.12.2027 and possible options for the period 1.1.2028 31.12.2029. The option periods are 2 (two) is 1 (one) + 1 (one) year. the beginning of the option period. The properties subject to competition: Luontokeskus, address: Rantakurvi 6, 91900 Liminka. Lakeustalo, address: Liminganraitti 10, 91900 Liminka. Two separate agreements are made for cleaning services as follows: with Liminga's food, cleaning and real estate services business, and this contract covers: Cleaning the premises of the Liminga nature center, and the cleaning of the premises used by Lakeustalo municipality. Kiinteistoe Oy with Lakeustalo, and this contract covers: Cleaning the general premises of Lakeustalo, which are managed by Kiinteistoe Oy Lakeustalo. The offer cannot be obtained elsewhere than, in the above-mentioned manner, to bind another offer or to a solution concerning the object referred to in this request for tender.
