- Technical maintenance of the website Sipoo.fi, which operates on the Wordpress platform, as a service (overall responsibility for the website's functionality) and expert work as a separate charge for the development of the website. The acquisition includes the transfer of the existing website for provider maintenance. There are three (3) parts to the competition. Component 1. Website transfer project to the Provider's server environment The customer's assessment of the transfer and commissioning is that the project includes, for example, the following tasks: - Backup of an existing website - Preparation of a new server environment (web, PHP, database) - File transfer to a new server environment - Transferring the database to a new server environment - Updating site addresses and paths - Testing the website (links, forms, fonts, extensions, custom blocks, other things that come up) - The provider is required to use modern testing tools - Once the functionality of the website has been verified, implementation - Post-production stabilization period 1-2 weeks - Checking error logs - Verification of user login - Testing the functionality of the integrations and fixing them if necessary In connection with the migration project, the Wordpress version is updated to the latest version (current version 6.8.3). Subscriber requires the server environment to be located in the EU region. The server environment must cover the production environment and the QA environment.
