• The subject of the planned acquisition is IT expert services for organizing the maintenance and development of support systems related to emergency center operations. The emergency center is used by the public administration's security authorities security network in accordance with the requirements of preparedness and security (TUVE), which is based on the law on public administration security network operations (10/2015). The Emergency Center will be maintained with expert work according to the procurement target support systems placed in Valtor's TL III and TL IV operating environments. In addition, the subject of procurement is expert work for the development of support systems. The goal of maintenance expert work is to ensure the availability of support systems, usability and reliability. The law on public defense and security procurement (1531/2011) applies to the procurement.
