• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the maintenance and repair service of oral healthcare handpieces in the welfare area of ​​Central Finland. The procurement concerns different and different brands of handpieces used in oral health care (e.g. turbines, angle pieces, endo pieces, etc.) and their micromotors. Three (3) suppliers are selected as contract partners to ensure delivery reliability and extensive maintenance expertise for different brands of equipment. The suppliers are placed in priority order based on the tender. During the contract period, the customer as a general rule, order the service from the first supplier in order of priority. In a situation where the first supplier is unable to carry out the repair or maintenance for a justified reason, the order can be placed from those selected for the following positions from suppliers in order of priority. A justified reason can be, for example, that the supplier does not maintain/repair the branded devices or scheduling reasons. Basically, suppliers commit to the response times specified in the contract. Provided if less than three (3) accepted offers are received, all accepted offers will be selected. The contract is valid for a limited period until 31 March 2028, after which it will continue without separate notice as valid until further notice, if the contract is not terminated in accordance with the terms of the contract.
