• Description:
• The rescue service of the Itä-Uusimaa welfare area currently has forty Scania rescue vehicles at its disposal. Original Scania truck maintenance and spare parts must be used in the vehicles. Repair shop, from which maintenance and repair service for the purchase of vehicles, brand-specific tools and equipment for Scania trucks must be available. Fifteen (15) of the vehicles are located in the city of Porvoo, seven (7) in Sipoo, nine (9) in Loviisa, three (3) in Lapinjärvi, two (2) In Pukkilä, two (2) in Askola and two (2) in Myrskylä. The vehicles are heavy-duty vehicles, for which the law on clean vehicles (740/2021) does not apply, and therefore the emissions of the vehicles are significantly higher than vehicles to which the law applies shall apply. Most of the vehicles are located in the city of Porvoo, and considering the use of working time, it is justified to demand that the vehicle service point is located in the area of ​​the Itä-Uusimaa welfare area, so that rescue workers do not spend working time by transferring vehicles to maintenance. Maintenance services must be available in the Itä-Uusimaa welfare area on weekdays between 08:00 and 15:00.
