Description:
The object of the procurement is the maintenance and repair services of the autopsy tables and equipment of the Helsinki and Turku offices of the Forensic Medicine Unit of the Institute of Health and Welfare (also THL). The object of procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its appendices, especially in the appendices "Object of procurement description" and "Procurement contract". PART AREAS The procurement is divided by location into two sub-areas, of which the bidder can only bid for one or both. Each sub-area is compared separately and one (1) supplier is selected for both sub-areas. The procurement unit reserves the right to conclude only one (1) the procurement contract with the bidder who is selected as the winner of both sections. Section 1. Helsinki office (Mannerheimintie 166, K-rakennus, 00271 Helsinki), Section 2. Turku office (Mustionkatu 10 b, 20750 Turku). EXHIBITIONS Voluntary screenings are organized at:- on Tuesday 2 December 2025 from 15-16 at the Helsinki office at Mannerheimintie 166, K-rakennus, 00271 Helsinki; the contact person is autopsy technician Vesa Ryyl, tel. 029 524 8096. - Thursday 4 December 2025 at 8-9 at the Turku office at Mustionkatu 10 b, 20750 Turku; autopsy technician as contact person Eeva Laulumaa, tel. 029 524 7754. The purpose of the displays is to offer interested bidders the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the autopsy tables and equipment at the offices.
