Description:
The city of Kotka (procurement unit, customer) requests offers for maintenance and repair services of fire alarm equipment and security lights in accordance with the request for tenders and its appendices.
Used in detector exchanges serviced replacement detectors, unless a system technical reason prevents the use of a serviced replacement detector. Installations of new fire alarm equipment are excluded from the procurement.
The procurement is concluded with a fixed-term annual maintenance contract of one (1) year with the tenderer (supplier) who won the tender. The start date of the contract period stated in the procurement documents is an estimate, the contract is concluded as soon as the procurement decision is legally binding. The subscriber has the right to unilaterally extend the limited one (1) year contract period by adopting one three (3) year term option. If the Customer takes the option period into use, the terms of the contract tendered using this procurement procedure and its appendices as such also apply to it.
The main place of performance of the contract services is the properties owned by the city of Kotka located within the territorial boundaries of the city of Kotka. In the procurement documents, the current real estate sites and service needs identified by the customer during the procurement preparation period are stated. The customer does not commit to specific purchase quantities.
