• Description:
• The city of Kotka (procurement unit, customer) requests bids for the maintenance and repair services of fire alarm equipment and safety lights in accordance with the request for tenders and its attachments. The contract includes the annual maintenance of fire alarms and safety lights in accordance with the procurement documents. In detector replacements, serviced replacement detectors are used, unless a system technical reason prevents the use of a serviced replacement detector. Installations of new fire alarm equipment are excluded from the procurement. Procurement is being done one (1) year fixed-term annual maintenance contract with the bidder (supplier) who won the tender. The start date of the contract period stated in the procurement documents is an estimate, the contract is concluded as soon as the procurement decision is legally binding. The subscriber has the right to unilaterally extend the limited one (1) year contract period by introducing one three (3) year term option. If the Subscriber uses the option period, the contract tendered using this procurement procedure and the terms of its annexes as such also to it. The main place of performance of the contract services is the properties owned by the city of Kotka located within the territorial boundaries of the city of Kotka. In the procurement documents, it is stated in the procurement preparation period of the customer identified, the current real estate sites and service needs.
