• Aalto-yliopistokinteistöt Oy (Y-ID: 2842681-2), on behalf of and on behalf of its client organizations, requests a quote for the maintenance and repair services of lifting equipment at Aalto University's properties, hereinafter referred to as Service or Services, in this request for tender in accordance with the set conditions and its annexes. The contracting organizations participating in the procurement (hereafter also the "Client") are listed in Appendix 3 of the request for tenders "Client organizations" (situation at the time of the tender request). Properties participating in the acquisition quantities, scopes and the like may change during the contract period in accordance with the Customer's needs and the Customer is not obligated to purchase in quantity. Bidders are required to take this into account when submitting their bid. Currently, there are lifting devices only on the Otaniemi campus 17 in a different building. There are currently 64 lifting devices in the buildings. The procurement includes annual maintenance services for different lifting devices, test loads and periodic inspections, as well as necessary repairs to the devices. The procurement contract is concluded for the time being as a valid service contract. Operating as Aalto University, Aalto University Foundation sr (Y-ID 2228357-4) currently owns 20 separate real estate limited company. These real estate companies have 39 buildings for which the service is ordered, which are located on the Otaniemi campus in Espoo, one in Töölö in Helsinki and one in Kirkkonummi (Metsähov radio research station).
