Description:
The procurement services of the City of Turku's corporate administration is requesting bids for the maintenance and repair work of refrigeration equipment in the municipalities of Aura, Masku and Vehmaa, as well as Kaarina, Liedo, Loimaa, Naantali, Paimio, Raisio and the large kitchens of the City of Turku, as well as annual maintenance inspection and leak inspection work for the period 1.1.2026 (target) - 31.12.2027, after which the contracts can be extended on the original terms with two (2) one (1) year options for the periods 1.1.2028 - 31.12.2028 and 1.1.2029 - 31.12.2029 (options). Options are about the Customer's right, not obligation. The procurement is divided into two (2) sub-areas: Sub-area 1 Maintenance and repair work for refrigeration equipment in large kitchens Sub-area 2 Annual maintenance inspection and leak inspection work for refrigeration equipment in large kitchens In sub-area 1 Maintenance and repair work for refrigeration equipment in large kitchens, a framework agreement is made with one (1) Supplier, for which two (2) alternate suppliers are selected. Alternate suppliers will be used in priority order in situations where the primary Supplier's actions are in violation of the contract or it is unable to provide the service, for example due to the Supplier's ability to deliver, lack of resources or similar situations.In the sub-area 2 The annual maintenance and inspection work of refrigeration equipment in large kitchens is concluded with a framework agreement with one (1) Supplier.
