• The City of Rovaniemi (later Procurement Unit) requests your offer for maintenance services for property sewers, drainage and storm water systems, expert services, maintenance services for waste water and basic water pumping stations, and defrosting services according to the tender documents. The procurement has not been divided into sub-units, but the tenderer must offer all the services stated in the request for tender. The acquired entity consists of the following services: • Property sewers, sewers and stormwater system maintenance • Expert services for sewers, drains and stormwater systems • Maintenance of wastewater and basic water pumping stations • Melting services • Annual maintenance of Kivitaipale school's wastewater treatment plant • Waste removal. Subject to service the existing properties are mainly kindergartens and schools owned by the city of Rovaniemi. At the time of the acquisition, the city of Rovaniemi has approximately 100 properties that belong to the acquisition target. The locations of the wells on the properties are indicated in the request for tenders with attachments. The goal of the procurement is to maintain and maintain the condition and service life of the sewers, drainage and storm water systems and pumping stations of properties owned by the city of Rovaniemi in the long term.
