Description:
The procurement covers maintenance and support services for VR's printer and multifunction device base, as well as the purchase of replacement and new devices.
VR currently uses around 300 office printers, which are divided into two different categories:
Device class 1
Multifunction devices, such as Xerox Altalink-mdevices below.
A total of 155 pieces
Device class 2
Office printers, such as Xerox Versalink model printers.
Total 145 pcs.
Device class 1 devices are mostly leasing devices.
In addition to this, VR has around 30 special printers in use, such as different types of label printers. Suppliern must be able to provide the required support services for the mentioned devices at the beginning of the contract period and deliver replacement new devices in the relevant device categories.sti produced service for VR group companies.
