The city of Akaa requests a quote for Maintenance book coordination services. In the town of Aka, Toijala elementary school is about to be completed. According to the schedule, the handover of the elementary school to the customer is 09/2026. The work starts immediately after receiving the procurement decision based on the assessment of legal force beginning of May 2026. Site name: Toijala primary school District: 2 District: 50 Plot no.: 6 Address: Akaantie 4, 37800 Akaa Area: 4042brm²Newly constructed 3-story elementary school building for 300 students Maintenance book coordinator and provider the company's requirements are presented in the general criteria of the request for tenders. The maintenance log coordinator acts as the coordinator appointed by the customer and is responsible for ensuring that the project's maintenance log and handover documentation are compiled in an up-to-date manner during the project, are complete in content, properly structured and usable, and that they are approved before acceptance. The coordinator works in cooperation with the developer consultant/supervisors, designers, contractor, and the user (teaching services, property management and food and cleaning services) with.
