- The service book system is subject to the acquisition. The system to be purchased must be ready -made software (Saas). The system users are the customer's maintenance and maintenance personnel (approx. 100 people), external service providers (about 50 people) and property users (about 2,500 person, for example, as fault reporters). The scoring of minimum bids is based on comparative prices, usability, fulfillment of the functional requirements to be scored, a preliminary implementation project plan, service provider service level photography and human resources designated by the service provider.
