- Region 1: Kantakaupunki and Pikku Huopalahti (VAT 0) Region 2: Puotila and Vuosaari (VAT 0) Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) requests a quote for cleaning services. The whole of the cleaning service to be procured includes the public spaces of residential buildings owned by Heka maintenance and basic cleaning services, as well as basic cleaning of objects in Heka's own production as needed. Cleaning services are also ordered during the absences of our own personnel on a need-based basis as an additional service of a gig nature. Own personnel the cleaning needs during the absence and thus procured can be of different lengths, from a day - to a longer cleaning need. The procured services are tendered as regional sub-assemblies. There are two (2) regional sub-units. - Region 1. Kantakaupunki and Pikku Huopalahti - Area 2. Puotila and Vuosaari. More specific information, service start times and the number of destinations can be found in the Appendix Destination information forms. One (1) is selected for each section service provider. The actual contract is valid for two (2) years from the date the contract period begins. The subscriber has the right to extend the contract period two (2) times for one (1) option year at a time. The content of the contract can be found in more detail in the request for tender from the attached documents.
