• The City of Vantaa's Premises Management organizes a tender for the maintenance of construction works as billed work based on hourly billing in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. The subscriber does not commit to specific order or purchase quantities during the contract period, because the amount of future work is not known in advance. Tasks are not specified. The works to be ordered are mainly maintenance of properties maintained by the facility management or contracting works, the duration of which varies from a few hours to a few weeks. Available to order jobs can be e.g. minor status changes. Work orders can also include procurement of supplies and other procurement of services related to the execution of the work.
