- The contract is a total price-based total contract (KU). The contract will carry out minor bridge maintenance repairs in the Lapland region during the years 2026 and 2027. The contract includes 85 bridges to be repaired and 10 option sites. The objects are located in the area of the following municipalities: Tervola, Rovaniemi, Ylitornio, Kolari, Enontekiö, Kittilä, Muonio, Pello, Keminmaa, Tornio, Sodankylä and KemiUrakaka repair measures include: - bridge railing repair/ renewal - railing repair/ renewal - removal of heavy posts - repair of concrete damage (e.g. grouting, injections, absorption, casting repairs) - cleaning of lime drains - repair of damage to waterproofing - renewal of the wooden deck - renewal of thresholds - glulam beams cracking injection- surface treatment of glulam beams- bituminous joints- renovation of expansion joints- maintenance treatment of bearings- maintenance painting of steel structures- cleaning/renovation/renewal of drip/storm water pipes- repair of erosion damage- bed dredging - clearing / cleaning of front ramps, bowling alleys and ramps - cleaning / renewal of stormwater gutters - pavement patching - repairs and joints of road tiles - paving of bridge embankment - removal of edge slabs - trimming of side ditches - one bridge demolition The performance of the contract includes the entity defined in the contract documents with all road arrangements, equipment and devices.
