Description:
The maintenance of the infrastructure unit of the technical industry of the city of Pori (subsequently the customer) requests bids for the maintenance of the lawns and cleaning of the Pohjois-Pori areas of the city of Pori for the period 01.05.2026 - 30.11.2027 + possible 1 option for the year 2028. The procurement is in one part: Pohjois-Pori (24.64 ha) Purchase estimate €100,000 / year, i.e. €200,000 final value. Maintenance of gravel-surfaced areas and plant groups is not included in the lawn mowing contract. The lawn cutting contract includes the following: cutting lawns so that the length variation is between 50 170 mm and in parks/playgrounds 50 100 mm, finishing of lawn obstacles either mechanically or chemically, collection of debris before mowing, removal of disturbing clippings, crushing or removal of autumn leaves with a mower, and patching of broken lawns of less than 5 m2. The procurement has been opened in more detail in the request for tender in the attached work instructions (appendix 1). Procurement goals: - affordable total price - quality requirements are fulfilled and treatment measures have been carried out in accordance with quality requirements - the contractor is capable of good cooperation and development - sustainable development is promoted. To realize the goals is a customer for good and developing cooperation, expecting the service provider to be active in developing cooperation. During the contract period, the goal is also to promote sustainable development. The tenderer reserves the right to accept / reject submitted tenders for a justified reason.
