Description:
The object of the procurement is the maintenance of the elevator and lifting equipment of the buildings under the maintenance responsibility of the University of Helsinki's real estate services Oy (later HY247) in accordance with the tender request and its appendix. The total number of devices in the tender request is approx. 150 devices.
In Appendix 1 Pricing and the list of equipment shows the objects and the elevators and hoists located in them. The offer prices are also requested with the same attachment.
The procurement contract will be concluded with one (1) contract supplier.
The agreements enter into force within the framework of the notice periods of the current agreements. Some devices have it on warranty periods for basic repairs, elevator renewals and completely new equipment. During the contract phase, the end times of the equipment's warranty periods are specified, after which they are transferred to a new contract. The serviced equipment stock may change during the contract period.
Maintenance of equipment under the contract and the aim is to concentrate the repairs entirely on the winner of the competition throughout the contract period. However, the contract to be concluded does not give the supplier the exclusive right to correct defects found in periodic inspections or to carry out PTS-compliant or other significant changes.
Partial offers is not accepted, but the bidder must offer all the services mentioned in the request for bids.
The general contract conditions, HISSI-YSE 1998 (Appendix 2), with the exceptions and additions appearing in the draft contract (Appendix 3) attached to the request for tenders, are followed in the maintenance.
