Description:
The subject of the procurement is the maintenance and repair work of the lift equipment (appendix 2) under the control of the Ostrobothnia welfare area during the contract period, as well as other maintenance-related work. The contract starts on January 1, 2026 and its duration is until the end of 2027 (fixed contract period). From the beginning of 2028, the contract can be extended for a maximum of two (2) years until the end of 2029. The Subscriber decides on the implementation of the option years (2028-2029). The customer shall notify the option in writing at least 3 months before the end of the contract period. The service provider commits to a possible option year by submitting an offer.
All the contract the agreed prices are fixed throughout the contract period.
The supplier is responsible for all administrative costs incurred at the beginning and during the contract.
Maintenance of elevator equipment in Ostrobothnia's welfare area
The object of the procurement is those under the control of the welfare region of Ostrobothnia during the contract period maintenance and repair work of elevator equipment (Appendix 2) and other maintenance-related work.
