- The acquisition is the maintenance service for thermal and hydropower plants. For the heating plants, the subscriber is Loiste Lampoe Oy and Loiste Energia Oy for hydropower plants.
In terms of heating plants, it is a new heat production on Loiste Lampoe Oy's Kajaani Renfors shore, which Includes an electric boiler plant, a heat pump plant and a dust pellet plant.
For hydropower plants, it is about hydropower plants at Loiste Energia Oy.
The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in Appendix 3 Service Description.
The maintenance of heat and hydropower plants
The target of purchasing is the heat- and the maintenance service for hydropower plants. For the heating plants, the subscriber is Loiste Lampoe Oy and Loiste Energia Oy for hydropower plants.
With regard to the heating plants, the new heat production on Loiste Lampoe Oy's Renfors shore, which includes a power boiler plant, a heat pump plant and a dust pellet plant.
