Description:
The subject of the service is the annual maintenance of the primary springs of M100 metro trains in the scope mentioned in the tender documents and their appendices in the years 2026 - 2027 as follows:- dismantling of the primary spring - inspection of parts and painting (the color to be used must be confirmed by the Customer before painting)- Replacing the rubber spring - assembling the primary spring - Performing the compression test - Test report on the compression test HKL will supply new locking pins, washers and nuts at its own expense, which will be replaced with worn parts in the primary spring replacement. Estimated quantities of maintenance of primary springs to be ordered are:- for the year 2026 64 pcs- for the year 2027 48 pcs Option period 1:- for the year 2028 56 pcs- for the year 2029 216 pcs Option period 2:- for the year 2030 216 pcs- for the year 2031 128 pcs The quantities to be ordered are evaluate and not the customer is not obliged to purchase in quantity. The suppliers have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the machines of the objects at a time to be agreed separately with the customer.
