- Description:
- The subject of the competition is the procurement of refrigeration equipment and cooling machine maintenance for the Päijät-Häme welfare area. The competition consists of three (3) areas: 1. Fixed cooling devices2. Refrigerators (e.g. mortuary refrigerators, food storage, medicine storage)3. Basic refrigeration equipment. (Medicine refrigerators, refrigerators and freezers) In the sub-area of the framework arrangement 1. The fixed cooling equipment is divided into four (4) groups and for each group one (1) bidder will be selected as a supplier, so a total of four (4) suppliers will be selected for sub-area 1. Two (2) suppliers will be selected for sub-areas 2 and 3 each. The procurement unit has the option not to select any suppliers for the sub-area, if no acceptable bids are submitted. Bidder can submit an offer for one or more areas. The procurement unit reserves the right to combine the different areas of the framework arrangement into the same contract document, if the bidder is selected as a supplier for several areas. Contracts will be concluded with suppliers for a four (4) year contract period. Contracts can be terminated at the earliest after 24 months from the start date of the contract. The anticipated start date of the contract period is April 2026.
